We deliver baskets Thur-out the day so we will respond as soon as possible!  Please leave us a message so we can return your calls. Please Repeat Your number.  We are unable to deliver same day. Next day or Please allow at least 24 to 36 hrs. notice is required for us to design and deliver your special basket!  All designs are made as ordered. Please give us the correct contact name, home address and subdivisions. Also correct home phone numbers or cell numbers!   Fed-EX has increased their prices for Ground services. We charge $18.00 for each shipment. All orders placed for ground services on Friday will be shipped  ground on Monday morning. Fed -Ex guarantees 5 working day not counting Sat. & Sunday. We do our best not to have our perishable items stay in a hot warehouse over the weekend. Fed-Ex does not deliver to PO Boxes! If shipping Air then we will ship over the weekends. We also use UPS Service whenever possible. Fed-Ex does not deliver on Saturday. (Ground services only air. ) We try to avoid shipping chocolates on very hot weather. We will call you with the local delivery charges and complete total and your Fed-EX -Ground tracking number of your basket order. Local home delivery in San Antonio starts at : $8.00 Thru $20.00 and up depending on distance and Gas Prices.   Downtown, Hospitals, Conventions, and Hotels deliveries start at $10.00 and up. Orders of more than 5 baskets, and different locations,  Example "Hotels, there will be an extra charge for delivery. Call us for details. Any delivery outside of 1604 will start at $10.00 and up.  Our neighboring cities, will be shipped Fed-Ex ground because it is more cost effective. Usually ground arrives  in Texas next day or two or three days. Out of State usually takes 5 working day according to distance. Sourounding Texas  cities include Schertz, New Braunfels, Boerne, Universal City, Bulverde, Austin, and Helotes. We can ship Fed- Ex ground, next day, or three days Express. We ship Over night also but it can be very expensive. LARGER COMPANIES CAN USE THEIR  FED-EX OR UPS ACCOUNTS FOR BETTER RATES! We will call you with the approximate rate.  We recommend shipping to warmer regions as quickly as possible to insure perishable items arrive in good condition. We don't recommend  shipping chocolates during warm weather. Our company will not be responsible. We charge a handling fee for ice packs, and special packaging. The shipping boxes are large so the baskets will arrive in good condition. Sizes are 14/14/24. Air pocket bags and bubble wrap are used to anchor many of our baskets. No messy peanuts for our baskets.    Our company updates our inventory often to offer new and improved products. Some products are not always available, but they will be replaced with products of equal value. Ribbons are also replaced with different colors occasional and availability. Please check with us for larger orders and certain products. Larger orders will need at least two or three weeks lead time !
