    If you are sending a basket  locally  we will  determine the milage and zip code  and charge you accordingly. Most deliveries are about $7.00 thur $10.00 and up. We will email you with the exact delivery charge amount.


    Will I be notified when my gift will be delivered?

    We always call to make sure someone is home before we deliver. We usually estimate the time and do all of our home delivery in the morning. 


    Can you notifiy me if my charges are different from my receipt.

    We always email all of our customers of the tracking number and cost of the ground charges if they are different from your receipt. You can  email us if you have any questions at: : info@silkandgiftbaskets.com.


    If my basket is a small gift , will I still be charge the same as a large one?

    All packages are weight at the Fed-Ex office and will be charge the exact price. Only large gift baskets are charged $15.00 and up. Smaller gifts like latte cups will be adjusted in price of shipping.


    What are your refund policys?

    We will refund the gift basket if the products are damaged. We will advise the proper way to ship according to the regions. We package to insure the products do not spoil. If the following advice is not taken we will not be responsible.


    Why do you charge handling fees?

    We charge handling fees for the large  boxes that we use to insure the gift basket is not crushed in the shipping. Bubble wrap and gel packs are  required in some packageing, only when the gift basket is ship to  warmer regions.


    Why were some products different from the pictures. Some products are not always available and we use products of equal value. We are constanly changing our delicous gourmet products so we can offer the customer a  variety .

    Can I change my mind after I placed the order?

    Yes you can change your mind , but if it has been charged on the credit card you will be charge a restocking fee of 25% after the design has been made and charged . This covers the charges the credit card company charges us.
